FAQ
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 14 days, every feature, no card. At the end, choose a plan to keep going. If you don’t, your workspace pauses: nothing is deleted, and you can still sign in and export.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices are shown excluding VAT, as is usual in Germany.
Does Plain do payroll?
Not in Germany yet. Accounting, invoicing, bills, banking and reports are available now.
Can my accountant or bookkeeper use it?
Yes. Invite them with the Accountant role.
Where is my data stored?
In Sydney, Australia, on Amazon Web Services, with encrypted backups kept off-site.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, online, in Settings. There are no lock-in contracts on monthly plans.
